Front Office Associate

Experienced Front Office Associate needed for fast-paced high volume dermatology group located in Snellville, Georgia. Must have 2 years minimum experience working in medical front office.Duties include performing a wide variety of administrative activities: patient check-in, check-out, insurance verification, routing phone calls, appointment scheduling, scanning, fax distribution, and patient collections. Responsible for providing a positive first impression of the practice to the patient by promptly responding to patients, other medical offices, pharmacies, vendors and other practice sources who are calling or presenting in person to visit practice. Must be capable of performing multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment. This is not an entry level position.

Laser Technician/Medical Aesthetician

Growing dermatology practice looking for experienced laser technician/aesthetician. Perform aesthetic procedures including but not limited to Microneedling, Microdermabrasion, Facials, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, and other standard aesthetics services as needed. The ideal applicant will have experience performing these services in a medical practice.

Must create an excellent experience for customers with a friendly attitude. Demonstrate product and service expertise. Applicant must also drive sales towards skincare and other aesthetics services offered.

Responsibilities of a Medical Aesthetician:

  • Greet guests and members in a professional and friendly manner. Must be able to suggest the appropriate services based on the customer’s needs and skin concerns.
  • Creates an excellent experience for customers with a friendly attitude. Demonstrates product and service expertise.
  • Actively recommends, promotes, and sells skincare & aesthetic services.
  • Maintain regular communication with front office and clinical team to ensure promotion of products.
  • Maintain professional appearance at all times.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, friendly, passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the Aesthetics industry.
  • Interacts with patients, physicians, and other departments to resolve any issues.

Experienced Mohs Medical Assistant

Experienced Mohs Medical Assistant needed for fast-paced high volume dermatology group located in Snellville Georgia. Must have 2 years minimum experience as a Mohs medical assistant. Previous experience in Mohs surgery required. Experience with EMA, a plus. Duties include performing a wide variety of patient care activities, assisting with Mohs surgical procedures, patient education and physician support. Must have an outgoing personality, professional appearance and demeanor. Must be capable of performing multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment. Position may require local travel to our remote offices. *This is not an entry level position.*
